Course Overview
The saying a good workman should never blame their tools can be said for a PT that should never blame a programme for the lack of progress of a client. Understanding how to program for optimal results takes knowledge and skill and this CPD provides you with both. Learn how to plan, develop and optimise programmes with help of some of the UK’s leading S & C coaches working daily in the field. You will be guided through developing key systems that govern good programme design, into which, methods can be implemented.
This 16 Hour CPD is designed to enhance the knowledge of those looking to develop structured, justified and clear systems upon which to plan and develop their programmes for a range of clients or athletes.

Entry Requirements/Pre Requisites
Due to the advanced content on the course, candidates must hold a Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training or UK recognised equivalent. It is imperative that candidates have an understanding of training principles and have experience working with clients both delivering and programming training sessions.
Course Structure
This 16 Hour CPD is delivered over 2 consecutive days, each consisting of 8 hours of scientific rationale and practical teaching of High Programme Programme Design. The course is largely practical and candidates should be prepared to partake in practical work each day.
