Quality Assurance
Love Fitness Education Ltd is a registered UK Learning Provider (UKRLP No: 10033890) and we operate under strict quality assurance policies and have External and Internal Verification procedures in place which are detailed below. Our awarding body which provides our students with accreditation are CYQ – the UK’s leading awarding body for health, fitness and wellbeing qualifications and all of our courses are recognised by the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs).
Quality Assurance Policies
The purpose of our Internal Quality Assurance Policy is to ensure continued compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. This includes but is not limited to ensuring that training delivery and assessment is fair, consistent and in line with syllabus specifications. Key features of the Quality Assurance Policy (QAP) system include:
- Monitoring of assessments and standardisation of assessment judgements by the Internal Verifier
- Supporting and developing the assessment team
- Accurate records which provide a clear audit trail
The QAP also covers:
- How we manage student guidance
- How we manage ourselves
- How we manage our students’ experiences
- How we manage our finances
- How we behave ethically and honestly
Love Fitness Education Ltd recognises that it has been a requirement of high quality assurance and compliance to Awarding Body standards it to pre-plan the QAP process – and that this is a condition of accreditation for students and the future of LFE. Once a course of students has been registered with the Awarding Body, this will form the sample base for the QAP. This sample base will remain live until all students listed have either completed or left the course.
Samples will be planned to include:
- Monitoring at formative and summative stages
- All previously marked components e.g. worksheets, session plans
- All assessment methods
- Decisions from all assessors
- These will come from a list of pre-selected students
